The ISG Jackson Academy
Introduction
ISG Jackson has established its own Academy to develop and train its most important asset - its staff. Recognising the need for both highly skilled team members and the benefit that individual and team development brings to the success of the business, we invest significant capital, time and energy in ensuring that our Academy maintains and promotes the very highest standards in the construction industry.
The Academy is headed up by Guy Fairweather, who holds corporate memberships of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety and the Chartered Quality Institute, and who is responsible to the Board for the oversight of all training and development activity within the business.
The scope of the Academy is wide ranging. This section of our website will give you an insight into what we offer and the investment we are making in the most valuable asset we have - our people.
